PLQ Contracting, Abu Dhabi ( An ISO 9001/2008 & OHSAS 18001/2007 certified) has been established in September 2011 as a separate, 100% local, UAE National Owned Establishment and legal entity, to provide localized services to the customers within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, in the field of infrastructure support services to the Electrical High Voltage power transmission sector, with particular focus on High Voltage cable systems up to 400kV level.
PLQ Contracting, Abu Dhabi will be entirely managed by PLQ Contracting LLC, (known as the parent Company), and who is a specialized EHV underground cable systems contractor based in Dubai, UAE. The promoters of the parent Company had earlier developed similar organizations which have grown to be recognized in the field of Extra-high voltage underground cable systems including design, engineering, installation and testing services elsewhere in the Gulf.
